Epic Alliance operate warehouses across the participating Caribbean islands, each managed by a local representative to ensure efficient and reliable service. 🧾 How to Order
• All purchases must be made through our secure online platform or mobile app.
• At the end of checkout you will see payment instructions.
• Your local warehouse manager will handle your fulfillment.
💳 Payment Method
• We only accept online bank transfers as method of payment at this time.
• Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order placement.
• Orders are confirmed and processed only after payment is received.
• If payment is not received in 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
🚚 Pick Up & Delivery
• Orders are processed from the local island warehouse area.
• Standard delivery is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
• The warehouse manager will contact you to coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Delivery fees may vary by island if there is any option.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Please contact the warehouse manager!
